Cookery: Cucumber and Coconut Salad

I learnt to make this salad from my ma and it is one of my favorites. It's got texture and flavor and of course it is very easy to make.

To make: Soak for 45 minutes 1/4 cup Moong Dal (Yellow gram). Peel and chop one cucumber into small pieces. Grate or dry grind 1/4 coconut. Finely chop 1 green chili and as much coriander as you like. Mix it all. Add 1/4 tsp salt. Mix. Serve. Enjoy.
