Jam fingerprint cookies

These cookies i have baked now four times in one week. Yes, they were a super-hit. (Even the four legged who is a super fussy eater loved it)

Beat 1/4 cup sugar with 1/2 cup butter for about 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup flour and a pinch of salt.
Mix lightly.
Pop it in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
Shape - fill with a little jam.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree c for 15 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
