Lemons: A sweet tip!

I found life had given me way too many lemons. And they were going to rot if i didn't do something quick. So i squeezed the juice out of em, saved the juice in a glass jar and refrigerated it. It stays fine for at least 4 weeks and is additive free. Yay!

What else do you save up to use later? My aunt saves up ripe mango concentrate but then she has a freezer like the ones you find in ice cream shops and a big refrigerator so she can afford to. And my friend Arundati saves up herbs. I also froze some peas the last two years... got them fresh and had my help shell them.

Any other sweet saver ideas? Do share!
