Johanna Quaas, the gymnast

I got this email about an 86 year old gymnast. At first, i thought this was one of those fraud emails but i did some research and found it to be 100% true.

At an age where most people can't walk without the help of a walking stick, she does headstands!

I am still amazed at this lady's spirit, courage, grit, grace and verve. Salute!
