More simple cooking for the weekend

More decadent food to indulge yourself with this weekend.

Sliced baked potatoes: Thinly slice almost all the way through, keeping a spoon under the potato apparently helps. Drizzle with butter, olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 220 degree C for about 40 minutes.

To try or not to? 

PS: Raam, the other A and i have only one vegetable that we all like - yes, the humble potato. Fried, boiled, sauted, steamed, indian, chinese, continental we like it in all its versions.
