Eggless Banana Walnut Bread

i don't bake too often since i don't have an oven. 

but with all the baking updates and 3 bananas rotting in the kitchen, 
i have been itching to bake. 
so i tried this recipe even though i wanted to try this one
(i don't eat eggs and didn't have an egg replacement). 

the bread / cake is yummy, a little extra-sweet though.

Preheat oven - 180 degree C.
Blend 3 extra ripe bananas, with 2/3 cup sugar, 2 tablespoon milk
Add 4 tbsps unsalted melted butter, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 cups flour. Mix.
Add 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 cup milk. Mix.
Add 1/2 cup 1 cup chopped walnuts. Mix.
Pour into greased mould - glass / steel / aluminium / paper.
Bake for 60 mins at 180 degree C. 
Check with toothpick and bake for a few mins more if needed.
Cool, cut, eat.
