To make: Soak for 45 minutes 1/4 cup Moong Dal (Yellow gram). Peel and chop one cucumber into small pieces. Grate or dry grind 1/4 coconut. Finely chop 1 green chili and as much coriander as you like. Mix it all. Add 1/4 tsp salt. Mix. Serve. Enjoy.
