Jell well

Meet Mary, the Food Librarian who is a librarian by day and a baker by early day. A morning person (do such people even exist? i mean, she is the first i have come across) she wakes up really early and bakes and then takes pretty pictures of the thing she bakes.

This dessert that you see here, is not baked, but made by Mary and very simple to make. A lovely party food, it can be made well in advance and will look lovely on the table as well. Of course, you could try using a heart mould and make it specially for V-day, if you'd like.
