Can someone take a helicopter ride, see the skyline and sketch it entirely from memory? And can he then draw it to scale?

Stephen Wiltshire is the artist who has drawn the New York skyline to scale entirely from memory after one helicopter ride. He has also sketched the skyline of Tokyo, Rome, Hong Kong, Jerusalem and a few other places. Wow!! My jaw is still somewhere on the floor...
