Don't egg me

Now, i love life Sunny Side Up but i don't eat eggs and definitely do not like to use it when i am baking.

When i come across a recipe that requires the use of eggs, i don't use it. Unless a friend (Read Arundati, the baking fiend) has tried and tested an eggless version and recommends the recipe to me.

So, if like me, you skip those recipes that call for an egg, you might find this egg substitute link pretty handy.
